About Company
Incorporated in December 2014, Urban Company is a technology-enabled, full-stack online marketplace that provides home and beauty services in 59 cities, including 48 Indian cities, as well as others in the UAE, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia, as of December 31, 2024. Its platform allows consumers to schedule services like cleaning, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, beauty treatment, and massage therapy, conducted by trained, background-checked professionals.
The firm has also entered into home solutions with the introduction of water purifiers and electronic door locks under its own brand 'Native'. It assists service professionals through training, tools, financing, insurance, and branding, enhancing service quality and income.
Within three months to June 30, 2025, the company had an average of 54,347 monthly active service professionals on our platform, i.e., a service professional having provided at least one service in a particular month.
When rolled up on the platform, the company operate in more than 12,000 micro-markets of service as at June 30, 2025.
